Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
from all of us at Delight in the Light Photography! During this busy time one of my favorite things that happens quite often ~ meeting new families!!! Truly is a blessing to capture not just beautiful portraits but your family dynamic from the shy, outgoing and even romantic. Thank you for allowing me the pleasure of capturing your beautiful families moments into Portraits! The most amazing blessing is watching these children grow... meeting up with these families once or 10 times a year and seeing how much their little bundles have grown! Oh my but the moment I am told there is a new bundle on the way .... (AHHH, I squeal a bit inside) I am full of joy for them and myself, because I get to witness yet another miracle! After being together with my husband for 12 years two things have remained strong: our foundation in Jesus Christ and understand that patience and gentleness is of the essence. We do not always agree on everything and by far want to talk calmly through everyone of our flaws. However being gentle with each others short comings and patient that the LORD will fix my husband is of essence (LOL). For real though patience is KEY! It's never perfect and glorious all the time... so those times that are not picture perfect you give to the LORD you pray together as a couple and rely on Him to guide your marriage. Blessings to you sweet couple you are embarking on a beautiful adventure!!!! And I am honored to photograph every beautiful moment of it! Psalm 139:13-16 For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them. 
Our Passion includes spending time with these beautiful blessings and we adore getting to know them! 
Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. I truly believe in this 100%. I want to do it all for my Abba. There is always a variable in execution (I try my best, but most the time I could do better) but never in the overall outcome >>> HE knows our wants and the desires of our hearts trust that no matter what happens HE'S GOT YOU!!! If a year ago you would have told me I would be where I am today I would have doubted you immensely. But through His grace and all of you support I feel so confident of our future in our BRAND NEW STUDIO! thank you for all your support .... truly from the bottom of my heart you all have a special piece of my heart!
